     Before founding Suarez Media LLC in 2007, Allan was the Co-Founder and Creative Director of LatCom Communications (iCaramba.com), a leading media and entertainment company dedicated to the New Generation Latino or the U.S. born Latino market. At LatCom, Allan brought versatility and creative flexibility to life in print, traditional advertising, multimedia, web design and online advertising campaigns.
     As a leader in Latino marketing, LatCom produced the largest Latino college tour in the U.S. visiting 13 cities and 70 campuses every academic school year. LatCom successfully launched the first national Latino college and high school publications, Latino University and Latino High School Magazine. LatCom was successfully sold in 2006 to Hispanic Media Inc. (HMI is the result of the merger between online Latino leaders - Batanga.com and PlanetaTV.com - becoming the premier online destination for US Hispanics).
    Prior to forming LatCom, Allan served as Creative Services Manager at Grey Worldwide, an integrated general market communications and advertising firm. At Grey he guided the technological direction of the Creative Services Department in their flagship New York office. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications specializing in Advertising from Boston University. He also holds an Internet studies degree from New York University.


     Anthony Aldaño has over 10 years of strategic marketing experience, specializing in Latino media. Prior to consulting for Suarez Media LLC, Anthony was a partner and Marketing Director for LatCom Communications/Batanga Live, a multi-million dollar Latino media company. At LatCom he was in charge of brand identity, marketing, and Internet media for their college division. In 2001, Anthony founded a leading Latino collegiate event company - LatinosStep, Inc. and a Latino college magazine , which was acquired by LatCom communications after only two years of existence.
     Anthony's prior experience also includes work at WPP's Hispanic advertising agency, The Bravo group. He holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of business, Baruch College.
